At RAW Sports Performance, we bridge athletic performance movement with modern neuroscience. Starting with a movement screen assessment and neuro-muscular tests, we will build a program designed for the individual athlete. Every athlete and sport is different, with different needs.
Regardless of whether you are a life-long athlete or a beginner, our training process starts with strategy. We will assess you, develop an achievable plan and guide you through the entire process. This is the first step before signing up for any of the group training sessions. Let's get started on your fitness journey!

It starts with our Beginning Strength Class. This class is designed to give participants the movement fundamentals used in all aspects of strength training movements and will benefit you regardless of your age or exercise experience. Our training programs are designed using the latest scientific and evidence-based research, as well as functional outcome assessments, based on data supported by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM).
The Strength & Fitness, Strength Training classes provides athletes and individuals of all ages and skill levels with the training tools they need to ensure great results and reduce injuries. At Raw we stress the principles of proper functional movement in the compound athletic lifts and in all planes of movement. Safety, efficiency and top athletic performance are our priorities so we teach techniques based on scientific principles supported by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM).
The Raw Sports Performance staff has experience training athletes of all ages and levels -- from youth to professionals. Individuals of all abilities can benefit from our services which include visual & vestibular training connections that have massive effects on training and movement, as well as practical ways to implement them before, during, and after training sessions. Training incorporates off-season and in-season programming, linear and lateral training, agility and plyo training and power and plyometrics training.
